Loader Operator Job Description

Great Plains Redi Mix Concrete, located in Lincoln, NE, is seeking a reliable and experienced Loader Operator to join our team. The Loader Operator will be responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner to load materials into trucks for delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Operate front-end loaders to load materials into trucks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Communicate with truck drivers to ensure timely and accurate loading
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols
• Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience operating heavy equipment, specifically front-end loaders
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and focus on safety
